Addition of Postel continues her trajectory of success with Robuck Homes’ coastal communities
WILMINGTON, NC – As the Wilmington master planned community East & Mason continues to expand, Robuck Homes has added Kathleen Postel of Fonville Morisey Barefoot as its newest on-site sales agent.
Postel most recently worked at Robuck Homes’ luxury home community, Winding Marsh. With nine years of experience with Fonville Morisey Barefoot and 12 years of real estate experience, as well as first-hand experience with Robuck, Postel is an outstanding addition to East & Mason.
East & Mason is a 170-home community that includes four distinct home collections: Villas on the Loop townhomes, Mason Walk with alley-fed single-family homes, Westport with traditional single-family homes, and high-end luxury homes within the Sound Side Residences. The community’s custom builder team for the Sound Side Residences includes Schmidt Custom Builders, Richard Wallace Builder, and Vahue Custom Homes. Postel, alongside Aaron Favolise, will manage the sales of both homes and custom home sites within the community. She has sold $84 million in residential real estate since joining FMB.
